| 摘 要： | 与全日制高校相比,开放大学的"开放性"、广播电视大学的"远程性",使得校园文化建设尤其是精神家园建设,促使学校师生形成共同的理想追求与价值取向,成为一个十分棘手的问题。文章分析了开放大学学生缺乏校园归属感,开放大学"大学精神"缺乏鲜明特色等问题;同时,借鉴国内外的成功经验,结合湖州电大文化建设的实践,提出了依托开放平台,融合职业文化;提升开放平台,融合与传承电大文化等建设开放大学精神家园的对策。

| Abstract: | Compared with full time colleges and universities,the characteristics of openness and remote of the Open University makes it a very thorny problem on how to construct the campus culture,especially the spiritual home,making the teachers and students form the common ideal pursuit and value orientation.This paper analyzes these problems that come up from the Open University,such as students＇ lack of the sense of belonging in schools,lack of distinctive characteristics of university spirit.At the same time,drawing on the successful experience of home and abroad,combined with the practice of Huzhou Radio and Television University＇s culture construction,this paper puts forward some measures to integrate professional culture based on open platform,promote open platform,fuse and inherit the culture of Radio and Television University,constructing the spiritual homeland of Open University. |
