| 摘 要： | 提升湖州市新农村建设水平，建设美丽乡村，不仅需要做大、做优、做强农村实用人才队伍，更需要培育和造就一支新农村建设领军人才队伍。在经营创业、技术推广、能工巧匠和社会管理等农村实用人才队伍和党员“双带双创”人才的基础上，培育领军人才和领军人才领衔的创新型团队，使使用人才、尊重人才、服务人才的社会环境进一步优化。

On How to Speed up Fostering the Leading Talents for the New Countryside Construction in Huzhou and Its Countermeasures |

| Abstract: | In order to promote the construction level of Huzhou new rural areas, it is necessary for us not only to better the rural practical tal ents troop for the beautiful countryside, but also more urgently to cultivate and bring up a new leading talents team for the rural construc- tion. There is also a need to cultivate practical talents focusing on business venture, technology promoting, skillful crafts, society manage- ment and so on in order to cultivate talents and innovative teams led by talents. These aspects will be improved, on the basis of the good soci- ety environment, such as using the talents, respecting the ability, and serving the talents. |
