| 摘 要： | 高等职业技术教育的办学宗旨、特色、高办学成本和可持续发展决定了经营化管理的必要性.当前高等职业教育亟待转变观念,引入市场机制实行经营发展,从价值形态对学校资本进行运作和监管,这样既可以以现有资本为纽带,通过教育市场在更大范围内进行跨行业、跨地区、跨所有制的资源配置,又可以根据实际采用改组、联合、兼并、股份合作、租赁、承包等经营形式提高学校资本远行活力,开拓高职院校发展的空间.

| Abstract: | The purpose of running higher vocational and technical education,the features,the high cost,and sustained development as well,are urgently needed to be realized by managerial administration.As per the present higher vocational education,the attitude should be alternated,the system of competition and encouragement should be introduced,so as to carry out managerial development,and run and supervise the college capital from an aspect of the form of value.Only by doing so,people can make the current capital as links in the country of educational market,not only allocate the resource in a wider range through the cross-industry,cross-aerated,cross-ownership way,but also vitalize the college capital by the way of reorganization,combination,annexation,joint-stock,easement,contacted management,etc.so as to broaden the development space of higher vocational college. |
