“90后”经管类大学生就业心理分析与对策

摘    要:在严峻的就业形势和沉重的就业压力下,大多数“90后”经管类大学生容易出现焦虑、悲观、不满、自卑、从众、依赖、攀比、自负、懦弱等心理问题.据此,要引导大学生形成客观正确的自我认识;开设职业生涯规划与就业指导课程,助其确立正确的职业目标;加强心理健康教育与心理咨询,提高其心理调适能力,克服就业心理困扰;组织学生参加社会实践与实习,提高综合素质,增强自信;构建全方位的社会支持体系,营造和谐的就业心理环境,帮助“90后”经管类大学生调控就业心理.

Abstract:Under the severe situation and pressure of employment, most post-90s economic management college students are prone to the following mentalities: anxiety, pessimism, dissatisfaction, self-inferi- ority, conformity, dependence, comparison, self-conceit and cowardice . Therefore, these students should be guided to form objective and correct self-knowledge. The universities should offer the career planning and employment guidance courses to help them establish correct career goals , enhance mental health education and psychological consultation to help them improve their psychological adaptation and overcome their employment psychological distress, and organize students to participate in social practice and internship to improve the comprehensive quality and strengthen self-confidence. The society and government also should build a full range of social support system and create a harmonious psychological environment of employment to help post-90s economic management college students to regulate the em- ployment psychology.
