| 摘 要： | 为了适应基础教育改革对高等师范院校提出的新要求，培养能够适应新课程的合格教师，保证新课程的顺利实施，本文从专业、课程设置、教师基本功、教师教学示范性及教育实践四方面进行了探讨，提出了建议。
