| 摘 要： | 近年来，衡水市固定资产投资稳步增长，有效地拉动了国民经济的增长，成为衡水市经济增长的主动力。但固定资产投资效益不高等问题仍然存在，严重制约了衡水经济社会的进一步发展。要提高固定资产投资效益，需从优化投资结构、扩大投资规模、完善项目投资管理体系等方面着手，为实现衡水市经济的更好更快发展奠定坚实的基础。
