| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校面临组织机构、制度体系、教师队伍、学科专业、目标定位等一系列建设问题.同时负债多、资金缺、冗员过多又制约了学校的起步和发展.在管理人员配置方面应从实际需要出发,按职能定岗定员,不应与其他高校攀比,求大求全.配置的管理人员要防止产生行为目标的偏离,妨碍学校的发展.
