| 摘 要： | 近三十年来，我国一些学者对成人教育现代化的概念、特征、必要性、实现途径和方法等进行了探讨，取得了一定的研究成果。但总体来看，成人教育现代化的研究并没有取得实质性突破，成人教育现代化的指标体系尚未建立。现代化的具体实现途径可操作性不强，研究中对于现代化内涵的时效性注意不够，对于成人教育现代化的现实问题和困境也鲜有研究。
