| 摘 要： | 文化是人类文明发展过程中的历史积淀,具有引导人、培养人、塑造人并使之形成一定的理想、信仰、道德和行为方式的功能。目前,学校文化越来越受到人们的追崇,也越来越受到学校管理者的重视。但在这个过程中,管理者的思想和理念还存在一定的误区需要厘清,操作层面也还有一定的偏差。文章作者认为,学校文化建设应关注学校文化的设计和规划、关注学校文化的载体更要关注学校文化软环境的支撑。学校管理者在践行办学理念和办学目标的过程中,面对纷繁的社会文化要认真的进行选择、提炼、积淀和丰富学校的文化底蕴,培育和丰满学校的特色文化,才能生成和丰盈学校的特色文化。

| Abstract: | Culture which results from the historical development of human civilizations,has the function of leading,cultivating and molding people and forming certain visions,beliefs,moral traits and modes of behavior.At present,more emphasis has been put on school culture by school managers as well as the general public.Yet,there are still some myths about it,which create problems in daily practices.It is proposed that more focus should be on the design and planning process of school culture,special attentions hould be paid on the school cultural environment,as well as its physical realms.The school managers,in light of their philosophy and visions,should learn to select among various choices of definitions of culture,enriching school culture and special features of their schools. |
