| 摘 要： | 高等教育自学考试作为国家重大的制度创新,长期的发展过程中基本形成特色的文化范式:垂直纵向、运行规范的考试文化;面向成人、按需设计的课程文化;开放合作、形式灵活的助学文化;角色认同、自律求实的自学文化.为推进文化繁衍,应加强文化根基的培植:主管部门应统筹规划,加速政策转型;主考院校应担当主考责任,发挥主考作用;助学机构应保证助学质量,正确体现教育功能;学员应坚持本体价值取向,提升学习的自我驱动力;社会应营造良好的舆论环境,扩大文化辐射的深度与广度.

| Abstract: | As a major national system innovation,Self-taught examination formed cultural paradigm with its' characteristics in a long-term development process such as the test culture of vertical,standardized operation,the curriculum culture of for adults,course culture on demand,the educational culture of open cooperation and flexible form,and the self-taught culture of role recognition. In or-der to promote cultural reproduction,we should strengthen the cultivation of cultural foundation. The transformation of the policy should be planed and accelerated by competent department. Major examiners should take the lead exam and play the role of the examiner. Ed-ucational quality should be ensured and the educational function should be correctly displayed by educational institutions. Students should adhere to the ontological value orientation and enhance the learning self-driving force. A good social environment should be crea-ted and the depth and breadth of cultural radiation should be expanded by society. |
