| 摘 要： | 随着多媒体技术、网络技术、通讯技术的发展，教育模式、教育理念和学习方式都发生着巨大的变化．教育技术在现代教育中的重要性也日益突出。但毋庸置疑，某种程度上，我们产生了技术至上、技术万能，非技术无以言教育的认识偏差。国外已制定出了一些政策措施防范这些偏差的出现，我国2010年7月出台的《国家中长期教育改革发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》也就此问题提出了很好的指导性意见。
