| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪以来,新建本科院校和高职院校在高等教育大众化的带动下有了长足的发展。但是,新建本科院校的内外部同质化问题较为突出,面对这个问题,国家有意推进新建本科院校转型。为此国家出台了较多地促进新建本科院校转型的政策,引导新建本科院校转型为应用型、技术型高校。在新建本科院校转型的背景下,会对高职教育的社会认可度、生源、经费、地位等造成不利影响。因此,为了避免与新建本科院校转型后的再次同质化,高职教育应该明确自身人才培养定位,深化管理体制改革,强化制度建设以及提升办学比较优势等来促进自身的创新发展。

| Abstract: | Since the beginning of the new century,newly-built undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges have made great strides under the promotion of higher education.However,the internal and external homogenization of newly-established undergraduate colleges is more prominent.To face this problem,the state intends to promote the transformation of newly-built undergraduate colleges.To this end,the country has introduced a number of policies to promote the transformation of newly-built undergraduate colleges and guided the transformation of newly-built undergraduate colleges into applied and technical colleges.Under the background of the transformation of newly-built undergraduate colleges,it will adversely affect the social recognition ,student resources,funding,and status of higher vocational education.Therefore,in order to avoid re-homogenization with the transformation of newly-built undergraduate colleges,higher vocational education should clarify its own talent training orientation,deepen management system reform,strengthen system construction and enhance the comparative advantage of running schools to promote its own innovative development. |
