| 摘 要： | 面对当前综合性大学教育学院的发展难题,“在地·参与”办学理念提供了一种改革的方向。“在地·参与”意味着大学应以高深学问为依托对自身所在之区域进行服务式反哺活动,具有关联性、学术性与互动互利性的特征,知识生产模式III与“四螺旋”理论是其产生的内在理据。台湾中正大学(CCU)教育学院以“在地·参与”立身,这既是台湾地区高等教育外部环境变迁的必然结果,也是CCU教育学院内部现实变化的必然需求。为此,该学院进行了多方位的实践,组建专门性服务组织、安排服务学习课程、设置短期培训与咨询、承担相关课题、公开发表论文与学生学位论文指导等是其实践“在地·参与”办学理念的重要途径。

| Abstract: | In the face of the current development problems of the education college in comprehensive university,the concept of“Locality&Engagement”provides a direction for reform.“Locality&Engagement”means that the university should rely on advanced knowledge to conduct service-oriented back-feeding activities in its own region.It has the characteristics of relevance,academicality and mutual benefit.The knowledge production“Model III”and the“four-helix”theory provide intrinsic justification.The School of Education of Chung Cheng University(CCU)is based on“Locality&Engagement”.This is not only the inevitable result of the external environment change of higher education in Taiwan region,but also the inevitable demand for the inner development of CCU Education College.To this end,the college has carried out multi-faceted practice,including setting up specialized service organizations,arranging service learning courses,setting up short-term training and consulting,undertaking related topics,publicly publishing papers and guiding students'dissertation,etc. |
