| 摘 要： | 宿舍党建工作是高职院校学生党建工作的核心因素，目前存在队伍力量薄弱，组织管理不够健全，基础设施不够完备等问题。为此，我们应该构建三层四级式宿舍党组织管理新平台，以宿舍党支部为依托，多渠道开展思政工作，进一步突出党员的先锋模范作用，鼓励学生社团组织进宿舍，创建富有特色的宿舍文化。
