| 摘 要： | 高职教育作为高等教育的一种类型,与普通教育有明显的不同,但目前多数高职院校的教师评价体系仍然借用的是普通高等教育的教师评价体系,严重影响了高职教育教学目标的实现。本文试图探寻一种更适合高职教育的教师评价制度,促进高职教育的健康发展。
