| 摘 要： | 近10年来，世界格局一大亮点就是中国、俄罗斯、印度、巴西正在崛起。美国高盛集团称之为“金砖四国”。“金砖四国”的崛起不是偶然的，它们均具备了快速崛起的基本条件，其共同点是：政治稳定、国土辽阔、物质资源丰富、人力资源充足、并大力开展科技创新。“金砖四国”作为敲门砖将冲击世界政治、经济格局之门。“金砖四国”的崛起将极大地冲击美国主导下的国际格局，成为美国霸权的制衡力量，有利于促进世界多极化和国际关系民主化。

| Abstract: | In recent 10 years, one of the biggest luminescent spots in world pattern is that China, Russia, India, Brazil are rising, which American Goldman Sachs calls them the four gold - brick countries. Their rising is not accidental. They have had the basic conditions of rapid growth, their common grounds are： political stability, vast national territories, rich natural resource, sufficient human resources and vigorous scientific innovation. They will strike the gate of world political and economical patterns as well as the international pattern which is under the American leadership. The four gold - brick countries will become a balancing strength for American hegemony, which will be advantageous in promoting the multi - polarization of the world and the democratization of international relations. |
