面向CPS的EAM研究

摘    要:企业资产管理(EAM)已难以满足智能制造对设备维护的需求。将EAM纳入CPS技术体系,分析智能化设备维护需求,提出EAM必将向系统之系统(SoS)级CPS演化的观点,实现关键路径是建立设备数字孪生,构建故障模型和运行控制模型,使设备具备状态自感知、自评估、自决策、自执行能力,为EAM制定未来研发方向。通过CPS总线与相关运营优化系统进行信息交互,可在一定程度上实现数字化车间功能,同时为企业资产优化、安全与环保管理、运营优化提供支持,以提升企业运营效果,促进智能制造发展。

Abstract:It’s difficult for current enterprise asset management (EAM) software to meet the maintenance requirements of intelligent manufacturing, we need to study the future R&D direction of EAM. By integrating EAM into cyber physical system (CPS) technical architecture, and analyzing the requirement of intelligent maintenance, we come to a conclusion that EAM will inevitably evolve into a CPS of system of systems (SoS). By creating digital twins of physical equipment and establishing fault models and operational control models in EAM, we can endow equipment the abilities of self-perception, self-evaluation, self-decision, and self-execution. Information interaction between EAM and relating operation excellence systems via CPS bus can realize the function of digital twin workshop to a certain degree.And by that, it can better support the enterprise asset optimization, safety and environment management, operation excellence, comprehensively improve the operation effect of enterprises and promote the development of intelligent manufacturing.
