民族院校国际化战略双元性问题研究

摘    要:民族院校由于历史原因面临着发展停滞不前、没有竞争优势等问题,而通过对外国际化可以为民族院校注入新的血液。本文将双元性理论运用到民族院校的国际化进程中,从动机双元性、进入模式双元性、战略双元性和竞合双元性四个方面分析民族院校应如何更好地开展国际化,提高竞争力。分析表明,高校不同于企业,在民族院校国际化进程中,有时应以探索式学习为主,有时应将利用式学习和探索式学习融合,共同为民族院校的国际化服务。

Research on the Duality of Internationalization Strategy of Ethnic Colleges and Universities

Abstract:Ethnic colleges and universities are faced with problems such as stagnant development and lack of competitive advantage due to historical reasons.However,through internationalization of the outside world,new blood can be injected into national colleges and universities.By applying the duality learning model to the internationalization process of ethnic colleges and universities,this paper analyzes how the national colleges and universities should be in terms of duality of motivation,duality of entry mode,strategic duality and duality of competition and competition.Better internationalization and competitiveness.The analysis shows that colleges and universities are different from enterprises. In the process of internationalization of national colleges and universities,exploration-based learning should be the main focus. Sometimes,the use of learning and exploratory learning should be integrated to serve the internationalization of national colleges and universities.
