| 摘 要： | 本文以学校体育课程改革为背景，从宏观上揭示排球运动的基本特征和新世纪排球运动在中小学体育课程改革中对全面推行素质教育的重要作用。在“以人为本”和“终身体育”的基本理念的指导下，使排球运动在中小学体育与健康教学过程中得到更大的发展。
