| 摘 要： | 自我国进入社会转型时期以来,高校贫困生问题日益成为人们关注的热点问题.在对高校贫困生界定的基础上,深入探讨了高校贫困生问题对学生、高校、社会带来的影响,最后提出了一些在新时期解决高校贫困生问题的新思路：高校管理要坚持校园公正的原则、构建新的高校贫困生认定体系、切实保护高校贫困生的隐私、积极探索新的扶贫路径。

| Abstract: | Since our country entered the social reforming period, the problem of university needy students has become the hot topic day by day to which the people have paid more attention. This article has, on the basis of defining the university needy students, thoroughly discussed the influence of the problem upon the student, the university, the society, and then proposed some solutions to solve the problem, such as the university management must persist the principle of campus fair, construct a new recognizing system of university needy students, protect the privacy of university needy students, positively explore the new methods. For new methods, the author suggests that we take the needy university student into the object of the social bottom security, release the education lottery, and invest some fund obtained by counter-corruption to the needy university students. |
