| 摘 要： | 企业家是创新专家。企业家不仅自身就是综合素质较高的劳动,而且企业家还通过“要素组合”创造生产力;通过调整和完善企业生产关系奠定企业生产力发展的制度基础。企业家的形成机制与生产力发展机制的契合,则为社会生产力的发展提供动力。
