| 摘 要： | 在新的历史背景下，教育见习已经成为师范生专业化成长的重要途径，高职院校师范专业不仅要高度重视教育见习的研究，还要重视教育见习的组织与安排，更要重视教育见习各方面的改革。教育见习改革的内容主要涉及见习目标、见习时间、见习内容、见习管理等方面；改革的策略主要是要做好设计、形成合力、强化体验、合理安排等。

| Abstract: | In the new era, teaching probation has been the important channel for normal school students to reahze professional growth. Teaching specialities of higher vocational colleges must pay enough attention to the research, the organization and reform of teaching probation, whose contents contain purpose, time, content and management. The main strategies are making proper design, forming integrated strength, strengthening experience and making reasonable arrangement. |
