| Abstract: | More and more college students are going to join the group working in the countryside,in order to play their important role in countryside construction,the colleges should foster their love to the countryside,help them to know more about the work in the countryside,promte their professional skills working in the countryside,so as that the college students are able to adapt their work in the countryside as soon as possible. |
