| 摘 要： | 曾向我国疯狂倾销鸦片的"大英帝国",自20世纪后半期也遭受着毒品肆虐的煎熬.自从20世纪60年代以来,英国的吸毒问题越来越严重,青年人成为吸毒的主力军.毒品的消费量和吸毒人数都迅速增加,以致于英国登上了欧洲第一吸毒大国的"宝座".究其原因,主要是由于英国青年中弥漫的享乐主义风气,流行的反叛文化以及英国公众特别是青年人对吸毒的宽容.
