| 摘 要： | 在网络时代，高校图书馆要明确自己的职责和作用；了解读者的要求和自身的优势；要掌握网络环境下信息资源的特点；并从“挖掘信息资源”、“开发信息资源”、“整理信息资源”等三条途径着手，做好网络时代图书馆的信息服务工作。只有这样，高校图书馆才能在日益激烈的竞争中站稳脚跟。
