| 摘 要： | 构建区域高校和谐校园，是促进学校事业全面协调发展的现实需要，是增强校园创造活力的现实需要，是实现校园安定有序的现实需要。坚持“以人为本”，促进人的全面和谐发展，是构建和谐校园的本质要求。“发展、质量、德育、创新、改革、文化、制度、稳定、协调区域高校与地方政府和企业之间关系、服务”是构建区域高校和谐校园的基本途径。

| Abstract: | Constructing a harmonious regional university campus is a realistic need for promoting an all-round and coordinated development of universities,for strengthening campus creativity and for the realization of a stable campus.Sticking to humanism and promoting all-round and harmonious individual development is the essential requirement of constructing a harmonious regional campus,while development,quality,moral education,innovation,reform,culture,system,stabilization,coordinating the relationship between regional universities and local government and enterprises and services are the primary means. |
