| 摘 要： | 通过先秦时期儒法地位悬殊差异的比较研究，从三个方面分析了儒学官学化失败的原因。认为先秦学官学化失败不是偶然的，从一定程度上讲是儒家的超前性特质所决定的。这说明，一种思想能否成为统治思想只能取决于时代的需要和选择。

| Abstract: | Through a comparative study on the great status disparity of Pre-Qin Dynasty's Confucianism and legalism, this paper analyses the failure causes of officialization of Confucianism in terms of three aspects, and finds out that the failure is not accidental but inevitable because of the superadvanced nature of Confucianism.This indicates that whether a school of thought can be dominating only depends on the needs and choices of the times. |
