| 摘 要： | 宪法是国家的根本大法,而宪法的适应性则是宪法的生命。宪法的适应性,是指宪法的内容必须准确地反映一定的社会政治经济关系,而不能和现实脱节,其主要通过自身的应变方式使宪法的内容适应政治、经济、文化等各方面变化。宪法的适应性是宪法权威真正树立及维系的必然要求,是宪法持续有效的理论依据,是宪法保持其稳定性的基础性保障。当今随着社会经济的不断发展,宪政实践也在发生新的变化,这为宪法的适应性提出了新的更高的要求。
