| 摘 要： | 武术是优秀的民族传统体育项目，已被列为我国各级各类学校体育课的主要教学内容之一，研究武术教学，培养和激发学生的学习兴趣，对继承和发扬民族文化有重要意义，教学过程就是师生情感建立的过程，其中教师要起重要作用，良好的师生人际关系，严密的教学程序，灵活多样的教学方法，是培养学生的学习兴趣，激发学生的学习热情，提高教学效果的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Wushu,the excellent traditional sport of our nation, is listed as one of main contents to be taught at P.E. class in various kinds of schools across the whole China. It's valuable for inheritance and development of our long-standing national culture that we study the teaching method of wushu to stimulate and foster interest of students. The process of teaching and studying is the process of establishing deep feelings between teacher and students. During it the teacher makes a major factor. Harmonious relations between teacher and students,the exact teaching process as well as the various and changeable teaching method make an efficient access to deep interest,high enthusiasm and satisfying teaching result. |
