| 摘 要： | 由于热线心理咨询服务所具有的便捷性、隐秘性与经济性特点以及操作中的局限性,需要从业者具备更具适应性的专业素质。从完善热线心理咨询服务的角度看,应优化咨询师执业技能,包括建立关系、倾听及谈话技术、态度原则等方面,进行某种意义上的规律探究。

| Abstract: | The hot-line psychological counseling is a kind of service of convenience,privacy and cheapness;however it is also of limitation when being implemented.So the practitioner should be more flexible and professional.This paper discusses the operation skills such as relationship establishing,hearkening and attitude principle,so as to propose the means of improv- ing the consultants' professional skill. |
