| 摘 要： | 建设节约型校园应加强制度管理，制度层面应建立确保长效机制的一些措施：加强组织领导，着力建设节约型校园；科学规划，提高节约效率；广泛开展宣传活动，营造节约文化氛围；建立监督机制，落实各项节约措施；加强管理制度建设，保障节约的实施。

| Abstract: | To build a resource-conserving campus,rules and regulations should be tightened up and some measures made to ensure the effectiveness of them.These measures include: strengthening the leadership,planning scientifically,launching a campaign to create a resource-conserving atmosphere on campus and setting up a mechanism to supervise the implement of the measures. |
