| 摘 要： | 一部晚清思想史，也就是从封闭走向开放的历史，而闽都文化在晚清思想从封闭走向开放的历程中，具有十分重要的历史地位。林则徐是晚清“开眼看世界”的第一人，对于晚清思想开放的启动有引领之功；徐继畲的《瀛寰志略》对西方民主制度的介绍，成了晚清民主思想的源头活水；严复系统地介绍进化论，为晚清的思想和社会变革提供了强大的理论武器，他本人也因此成为晚清最著名的启蒙思想家之一。除林则徐、徐继畲和严复外，还有许多福州人、或虽籍贯不是福州但长期在福州工作（或为官或经商）和生活、深受闽都文化影响的人，也为晚清思想或社会的开放做出过重要贡献。

| Abstract: | The history of late Qing Dynasty thoughts is also a history from closure to opening. While Mindu Culture plays a crucial historical role in the process from closure to opening. Lin Zexu is the first person to ＂open the eyes to see the world＂. He makes contributions to the open-mindedness movement in late Qing Dynasty. Ying- huan Zhilve （ a world map in the Qing Dynasty） by Xu Jiyu introduced the democratic system in the west, which be- came the ＂fountainhead＂ of democratic thoughts in late Qing Dynasty. Yan Fu introduced the theory of evolution systematically, to provide powerful theoretical weapon for ideology and social reform in the late Qing Dynasty. He himself also became one of the most celebrated enlightenment thinkers in the late Qing Dynasty. Besides Lin Zexu, Xu Jiyu and Yan Fu, there are also many Fuzhouers, or people who were not born in Fuzhou but work and live in Fuzhou （as officers or businessmen ） for a long time and are deeply influenced by Mindu culture. They also make significant contributions to the ideology of late Qing Dynasty and the opening of society. |
