| 摘 要： | 体育教学中 ,讲解、示范、练习是相互制约、互相促进的三要素。讲解重在理论 ,示范重在直观 ,练习重在实践 ,只有将三者有机地结合起来 ,并巧妙地运用到体育教学的各个环节中去 ,才能上好一堂生动有趣、有实效的体育课 ,才能圆满出色地完成体育教学任务。
