| 摘 要： | 以高职院校学生为对象,采用问卷调查法,选择职业价值观问卷和职业决策自我效能问卷研究了高职院校大学生职业价值观与职业决策自我效能之间的关系。研究结果表明：不同年级的高职生职业价值观存在显著性差异,大二学生的职业价值观高于大一学生;不同性别的高职生职业决策自我效能存在非常显著的差异,男生的职业决策自我效能大于女生;高职生职业价值观与职业决策自我效能之间存在显著的正相关。

| Abstract: | Questionnaire was used in this study on vocational colleges,students.The professional values questionnaire and career decision-making self-efficacy questionnaire is selected to study the relationship between the occupational values of college students with career decision making self-efficacy.The research results show that the professional values have significant differences of different grade and different gender students;the professional values of sophomore are higher than those of the freshman;male students career decision-making self-efficacy is higher than female students.The both have significant positive correlation |
