运动性疲劳中枢机制研究进展

摘    要:长时间运动造成大脑5-羟色氨、多巴胺、γ-氨基丁酸、氨、乙酰胆碱等含量变化是引发中枢疲劳的化学机制.同样神经生理因素在中枢疲劳发生机制中的作用日益受到重视,肌肉在进行等长收缩的过程中,运动单位放电频率随负荷持续时间呈现逐渐下降的变化趋势.中枢神经系统能够借助"肌肉的智慧"最大限度地维持肌肉收缩水平以及以最经济的方式维持疲劳肌肉的激活状态,起到了保护性抑制的作用.

Abstract:The chemical mechanism for central nervous system could be explained as the exercise-induced concentration variation of 5-hydroxytryptophan,duobaan,γ-aminobutyric acid,ammonia,acetylcholine,and etc.in brain.However,the neurophysiological mechanism for central system fatigue also attracted more and more attention.It was revealed that the firing rate of human motor units declined with loading progression in the process of muscle isometric contraction.Depending on the muscle intelligence,the central nervous system could fully maintain the degree of muscle contraction and keep fatigued muscle in activated state in the most efficient way.An effect of protective inhibition was thus resulted.
