摘    要:为了实现变革愿望并确保成功,教师在教学中面对的阻碍颇多:教学观念转变的艰难、变革过程的缓慢与复杂、对学科和学生的有限理解,这些都影响着教学改革的推进.为顺利推进教学改革,教师要改进对学科的理解,学会反思,深入了解学生,要耐心地积累知识和经验,适当地寻求支持,并善于将困难转化为机会.

Abstract:A strong desire to change does not ensure success.Teachers have to face many challenges in the process of teaching reform:the difficulty of changing teachers' teaching concept;slowness and complexity of reform;teachers' limited understanding of subject and students and so on,which impede the teaching reform.In order to support the teaching reform,teachers should improve the understanding of subject,learn to reflect,comprehend student,accumulate knowledge and experience,look for support,and turn obstacles into opportunities.
