| 摘 要： | 独立学院作为一种新型的办学形式,教育行政部门该如何从政策上加以规范,是一个迫切需要解决的问题.作者认为,独立学院对我国高等教育发展具有重大现实意义,政府应采取积极支持、规范管理、科学发展的对策,对此,作者在宏观政策与微观操作两个层面作了具体分析.

| Abstract: | As a new style of school running model, The independent college becomes an urgent problem,i.e. how to be ruled by proper policies of the educational administration departments. In the author's point, the independent college has practical significance for the development for the higher education of our country. And the government should take positive measures to give the independent college effective supports, standardized managements and scientific developments. A detailed analysis is made from the macro-policy and micro-operation aspects. |
