摘    要:促进每一个孩子身心健康和全面发展是新一轮教育规划纲要的重要目标和内容。本文剖析了基于轻负高质的中小学生学业效能的内涵,构建基于学业质量、学习生活质量的学业效能评价框架,并探索了学业效能提升的路径及围绕课堂、作业、评价、情感、课程、教师六个操作点的具体方法。这可以成为减负突围的一种尝试,也是构建绿色学业的一种具体实践。
