| 摘 要： | 薄弱学校改进是一个世界性的课题,在我国,它是实现教育公正必须解决的问题。从制度分析理论视角看,竞争机制与行政主导是我国公立薄弱学校产生的两个主要原因。薄弱学校的改进,一方面需要确立非竞争性理念、教育性理念和公共性理念;另一方面则需要通过薄弱学校的自我改进与自我努力,强化自我担当意识,把教育-学习共同体作为学校建设的目标。
