| 摘 要： | 在国际政治理论中,国家利益一直是驱使各国进行外交活动的根本动力,也是国家制定对外政策所要考虑的首要目标。全球化的发展,使传统的国家利益理论受到冲击。如何认识国家利益,如何实现和维护国家利益,成为今天国际行为体进行国际活动所要考虑的重要问题。
