| 摘 要： | 培养创新型人才是知识经济时代对高等教育的要求、是高等教育的根本任务、是当前就业形势的必然选择。但在高等教育大众化阶段,地方院校创新型人才培养却受到诸多因素的制约。鉴于此,对学生个体因素和学校教育中的课程设置、教师的教学水平、教学管理制度、实践教学条件和校园文化等制约因素进行探析,以期对地方院校进一步培养创新型人才有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Cultivating innovative talents is the requirement of knowledge economy era for higher education,the fundamental task of higher education and the inevitable choice of current employment situation.However,at the stage of popularization of higher education,there are many factors restricting the cultivation of innovative talents in local colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper analyzes students’ individual factors and school education factors,including curriculum design,faculty quality,teaching management system,practice teaching conditions and campus culture in order to benefit the further cultivation of innovative talents in local colleges and universities. |
