| 摘 要： | 应用型本科院校在法学专业实践教学体系建设上应坚持以"应用"为导向,有选择地引入德国"两站式"法学实践教学模式和美国的"诊所式教学模式",大胆尝试进行法学专业和法学实践课程体系改革,狠抓实践教学质量工程,培养具有较强社会适用能力和竞争能力的高素质应用型人才。

| Abstract: | Aiming at cultivating highly-qualified applied talents with strong abilities to apply to the society and competition capability,application-based colleges ought to stick to the principle of "application" as for constructing the system of practical teaching in law,bring in German "two-station-type" legal teaching mode and American "clinical program",make law specialty and practical curriculum reform and attach much importance to quality engineering in practical teaching in law. |
