| 摘 要： | 在小说《雨王汉德森》中,主人公汉德森生活在一个日趋杂乱世界里,死神时刻萦绕他左右,令他感到不安和焦虑。为了摆脱死亡的阴影,他开始远赴非洲自我追寻,渴望获得精神上的重生。最终他认识到肉体上的消亡并不代表精神的逝去,个体的离开并不代表世界的毁灭。世间根本没有死亡,有的只是生命的延续。在与死亡对话中,汉德森的生活恢复了其积极意义。

| Abstract: | Living in an increasingly chaotic society,Henderson,the hero in Henderson the Rain King,is continuously confronted with death,which makes him feel uneasy and anxious.In order to avoid the pestering of death, he begins the request for spiritual rebirth in Africa.Ultimately he understands that the disappearance of body cannot result in that of spirit,and the death of an individual is far from the destruction of the whole world.The truth is that there is no death in the world but the continuation of life.During the discourse with death,Henderson's life has resumed it positive meaning. |
