| Abstract: | This paper makes an analysis of the status quo and the deficiency in some experimental specialties of education reform in technical institutes,puts up eight major guidelines and points out a nucleus index of "one ticket veto" in the cooperation with enterprises,in the construction of teachers with two professional qualifications,training bases and fine courses. |
