| 摘 要： | 近段时期以来,文档分享网站饱受争议,一方面作为新兴的文档传播模式为很多人所追捧;另一方面又因版权问题所困扰。由"盛大诉百度事件"引发的争议,我们不得不重新审视网络版权问题所面临的法律争议。版权保护问题不仅是我们国家在贸易活动中应当肩负起的重要责任,同时也有助于我国文化产业的健康发展。因此,在借鉴国外文档分享模式的基础上,我们试图寻求新的版权保护方式,并希望通过著作权集体管理组织这一维权途径,解决目前侵犯版权所引起的纠纷。
