| 摘 要： | 毛泽东是我国经济社会发展战略理论与实践的奠基人，毛泽东的经济社会发展战略是一种“赶超型”的战略，这一战略带有探索性和不成熟性，但也有许多积极成果，邓小平是我国经济社会发展战略理论与实践的总设计师，邓小平的经济社会发展战略是一种“追赶型”战略，这一战略是符俣甸国情的科学的发展战略，江泽民的经济社会发展战略同邓小 平经济发展战略属同一类型，但在理论上和实践上又有许多重大创新，使我国经济社会发展战略日趋完善。

| Abstract: | MAO Ze dong was the founder of our national developing strategy, who had established the theory and put it into practice .We call this strategy a type of overstepping, which is exploratory and has produced many positive results, but it is not mature and experienced. DENG Xiao ping is the general designer of our national developing strategy .His design is considered a type of pursuing,which is scientific and conforms to our national conditions. President JIANG Ze min is developing the strategy creatively both in theory and practice, and has made it more and more perfect. |
