| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习活动对于高职专业培养目标的实现、高职学生职业技能的培养均发挥着重要作用。高职学生顶岗实习过程中面临各项权利实现受阻、权益受损的状况,为了促进学生顶岗实习各项权利的实现,国家、学校、实习单位、行业四方应承担起各自应尽的保障责任。

| Abstract: | Internship activities play an important role in the realization of higher vocational training objectives and that of vocational skills training of higher vocational college students. Vocational college students are faced with various difficulties in realizing their rights or damage to their interests during internship. To solve this problem, the government, the school, internship companies and industry should assume due security responsibilities respectively. |
