| 摘 要： | 首先从目录学角度考察出宋玉辞赋流传的源头为刘向的《别录》,其次从《别录》成书后自汉代至唐的流传考论《别录》与后世宋玉辞赋的流传产生关联的可能性,再从宋玉辞赋自东汉至唐得以保存并流传需要依据和保障的角度,论证《别录》之于宋玉辞赋流传的依据、保障作用,进而得出的结论是：宋玉辞赋自东汉至唐的流传保持的是刘向最初整理的面貌;宋玉辞赋真伪问题的考辨应上推到西汉刘向之时或之前;以东汉至唐宋玉辞赋之流传为依据的宋玉辞赋真伪辩不能完全成立。
