| 摘 要： | 进入高质量发展阶段的中小学教育更应倡导“教育家办学”,名校长办学思想是校长对其独特的办学经历个性化、概括性总结,具有很高研究价值。通过思想画布工具对名校长办学思想进行内容、领域、样态、轨迹和底色的全面分析,经过内容采集、画像分析、调适认可的规范操作流程,有利于促进校长思维的显性化,同时可以为校长办学思想的凝练和完善提供专业、有效的指导。

| Abstract: | In the high-quality development stage of primary and secondary education,we should advocate“educationist school running”.The school running thoughts of famous principals are personalized and generally summarized their unique school running experiences,which has high research value.Through the comprehensive analysis of the content,field,pattern,track and background of the school running thought of famous principals by using the thought canvas tool,through the standardized operation process of content collection,portrait analysis,adjustment and recognition,it is conducive to promoting the dominance of the principal’s thinking,and at the same time,it can provide professional and effective guidance for the refinement and improvement of the school running thought of famous principals. |
