| 摘 要： | 专业馆员服务是高职院校图书馆的服务创新,符合高职院校培养在生产、建设、管理、服务等第一线工作的高级技术应用性人才的目标。在阐述学科馆员和专业馆员二者区别的基础上,探讨实施专业馆员制度的意义及具体措施,有助于高职院校图书馆服务制度的改进。

| Abstract: | Specialist librarian services is an innovation of higher vocational colleges library service which meets the higher vocational colleges’ objectives of training the senior applied technicians who work in the first line of the production,construction,management and service.This paper analyzes the differences between specialist librarians and subject librarians firstly.And then it advances some measures for the specialist librarian system.All those lead to improved service of higher vocational colleges library. |
